This book really took a new take on historical fiction with a touch of horror- something I’ve truly never seen before and done so very well! It was captivating from the beginning with what the synopsis promised.. it really delivered! I love the magic and glory and it’s only just the beginning. No other book is like this and I’m excited to read it! The main character, Vera who was created by magic out of a fathers grief is a force to reckon and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us. I love the Frankenstein thirst mixed with war and historical fantasy. Truly an encapsulating idea brought to life. Vera is the badass heroin we all need in a good story. Good characters, a good plot, an author I would love to support! Wrath becomes her sounds like the ultimate read for fall vibes of 2023 and I am excited to dig right in!
