What a strong start!!
I'm familiar with Polydoros' previous work and this one was immediately more edgy than I was expecting! It's also interesting right away, and introduced me to some aspects of Jewish culture and mythology I was not familiar with. Already in these couple chapters I can tell it's going to be a page turner with cliffhangers.
The cover is GORGEOUS WOW it's intense and scary, and creates some great imagery going in.
I am really excited to see more, because I want her to kill all the Nazis and see how this revenge scheme plays out, and how she grapples with a higher purpose along with her own identity.
