Somehow this book had escaped my radar. Thank goodness for BookishFirst! This was an incredibly exciting taste of a rarely explored concept. Not only is this writer adept at painting a scene filled with vibrance and depth, he's done so in a way that provokes emotion. I look forward to reading the full novel!
