I would have liked to know more about Chaya before she died. I imagine the reader will continue to know more through flashbacks. This story of black magic used in the creation of a new being through the body parts of Ezra’s daughter sounds like it will produce some interesting results, probably more horrible things to read about than would suit my taste but appealing to others. The author writes in an engaging, easy reading style. It’s a book that would hold fascination for some and could be read quickly.
