Woven In Moonlight is a quiet sort of fantasy novel that provided comfort and insight into a culture that is not my own. It was exciting, energetic, and it felt like a true escape from the tedious stressors of life whenever I was able to pick it up. While I found a few of the twists easy to predict, I also found the romance to be tender, the food descriptions to be enlightening, and the political intrigue to be exciting and thrilling. This debut is a lovable read for teenagers and adults alike, and the cover on the front of the book is so stunning that I'll be keeping it on my shelf for decorative purposes. Highly recommended to those looking for a subtle sort of magic, but one that is just as powerful as other popular reads.
