Woven in Moonlight is a lush tapestry rightfully suitable for its title, it certainly surprised me to know that this is a debutant novel from the author. Isabel Ibanez brings her rich cultural heritage into so many tiny aspects of the plot(especially the mouthwatering description of food) which will make it extremely believable story. Each and every character is fully developed to their maximum scope which brings a sense of closer connection to them for the readers, the romance is subtle and wisely tailored to fit right into the plot line thus dodging any chance of distraction. The adventures of the MC's and a magic system that isn't overwhelming is certainly fresh breath of air, while it doesn't leave you with a cliffhanger it does end with a scope for a potential plot line for the sequel, overall I thoroughly enjoyed it and is a solid 5 star read.
