I was excited to read the first few pages of this book, but with so many unusual names and places, I found myself stumbling over the writing rather than enjoying it. That being the case, I wasn't able to fully immerse myself into the storyline and was constantly going back and forth, re-reading parts just to understand the plot.
It's a wonderful concept and I'm sure there are plenty of readers who will adore this book, but it's just not for me.
