I’m really loving all the culture references in the book. The use of Spanish words and phrases sound natural and make the world feel distinct from typical Western medieval settings. And as someone who knows very little Spanish, I didn’t find it difficult at all to follow. Also, I love how both the princess and our MC are strong and passionate characters. But the ending of the first chapter showed the MC as someone who won’t be pushed around. She was ruthless in her commands, and I loved it. Can’t wait to read more.
