The story of a queen and her decoy isn't new, but it seems like this will be an interesting take. The excerpt left me curious to know more about this magical nocturnal world, and the references to ancient Latin American cultures were fascinating as well. I do feel like some of the most dramatic moments were revealed a bit too early (the queen and her decoy, the battle, etc.), but I'm especially curious to learn more about the protagonist and her talents for weaving with moonlight. The cover is beautiful -- stunning really -- and attracted me to the book right away.
