Review:
Thank you to BookishFirst and Revell for picking me to win this FREE ARC COPY in a giveaway on their website a few months ago. This was my first time reading a Novel by Janine so i wasnt sure what to expect but i have to say she did a PHENOMENAL Job with telling a story about a Woman who substained a Tramatic Brain Injury from a Car Accident with a Train at a Railroad Crossing.
The Characters were interesting to read about. Lori and Avery were my favorites. I felt bad for both of them since they were trying to move forward after losing their son and brother in the accident 1 year prior. Michael i disliked early on in the book since he came off as careless and trying to alter his wife's memories as she was trying to remember things from 5 years ago.
The Setting was beautifully described which made me feel like i was actually in Denver Colorado, especially when the scenery was described.
Overall a PHENOMENAL Based on a True Story Novel!! Can't wait to read more by Janine in the future!!
