The premise definitely appeals to me and the author’s dedication is beautiful. I wish I was convinced this was a book I could fall in love with but the writing feels immature to me. If I hadn’t known any better, I would have thought I was sampling another young adult read. I am not unwilling to try it, but I don’t have high hopes for it after reading the first look.
