It's not bad, although I'm willing to bet that it'll be similar to the other books I've read that involve amnesia/nice husbands. The main character will have forgotten everything, but will slowly recover her memories as she realizes that her family/husband isn't who she thinks they are. This does seem to be setting up for a good thriller though!
