I was really excited going into this book since it seemed weird and creepy. I figured it would be the perfect read for spooky season. I really enjoyed the first half of the book when everything still had that air of mystery surrounding it. The second half fell flat for me and was disappointing overall. I didn't like how everything was concluded and how the book was left off. I felt like they figured out what had caused the disease and everything about the disease way too quickly and way too easily for high school girls. I did like the main character and I really liked the supporting characters too. They had interesting back stories that I enjoyed reading and learning about. Overall I gave this book 3 out of 5 stars.
