Wilder Girls is an absolute wild ride full of twists, turns, and total freak outs. I could not put down this weird little book. This young adult horror novel invites readers to step into a secluded school under quarantine where things are starting to fall apart. The main characters' stories were absolutely riveting and every page made me develop new theories for what was happening. The story's pacing slowly picks up until you absolutely have to just get to the last page to see what happens to the characters. This book features graphic body horror and violence and it may not be for everyone. However, these elements feel necessary to the story and add to the uncomfortable atmosphere. This is a really unique story about teen girls, their undeniable power, and what they're capable of. Rory Power is a voice to be watched in young adult and her books cannot be missed.
