Wow, Wilder Girls is as creepy as I expected and somehow even more so! I have genuinely enjoyed reading this weird and unpredictable story about a disease that is slowly taking over every girl at Raxter School for Girls and even the land and animals surrounding. I was intrigued by how this issue was known to government officials and yet nothing was really actively done to help them. Why weren't they given more help and supplies from anyone else? How does this disease spread? Could it take out the entire word eventually? There are tons of questions to explore throughout this story and it was a ton of fun doing it.

The only slight issue I had with this book was that I didn't completely connect with the characters and found myself slightly annoyed with their actions and choices made. It didn't make a lot of sense and I honestly cared more about the disease and its effect and the outside world than the small dramas going on between girls. It just seemed a bit petty to be worrying about some things like this when girls are suffering and dying around them. But I've also never been in a situation like this, so who am I to say how people should act?

I've ended up giving Wilder Girls five stars anyway because I just loved it so much and had such a wonderful time speeding through these pages.
