I can't wait to read the rest of the book. It had me at the opening line. The thing that scares me the most is seeing animals, and particulary dogs, running through your peripheral vision and you can't quite make them out. Maybe I've seen too many episodes of Supernatural, but that is what unnerves me. So I really need to read the rest of this book so I can find out what that was.
