There’s a lot going on in this story and many questions in my mind as I read. The author writes in kind of a staccato fashion at times, which seems to fit the mood of the story unfolding. These girls are experiencing some awful and frightening symptoms, and all of this seems to be happening quickly. I wonder how this will end.
