Feminist Lord of the Flies
First things first, Wilder Girls has one of the most beautiful covers I've ever seen. I love the slow unraveling and the nature elements within.
I am always intrigued by stories where the setting is as much a character in the story as the people, and the island - feared adn respected - is already pulling me in. The story is already increidbly intense and I can feel the stakes and desperation.
