The cover of this book was the first thing that drew me to read it!!! I think it is extremely eye-catching and it is very minimalistic and clean looking!!! In a way, the dual storyline is very well handled, making it easy to understand how their stories intertwine. On the other hand, in all honesty, I would have loved to stick with Honoree Dalcour's storyline the entire time. I am also slightly upset at the fact that her story is told through the lens of a male. I mean, he is literally studying to become a filmmaker, male gaze. But even still, I understand what the author was trying to convey through the story.
It is my hope that others will try this novel as well since it will not disappoint you if you give it a shot.
