Black History Month: Wild Women and the Blues
I support this especially since it is Black History Month
Sadly, I am not into it. I did like the interaction between the characters especially reading what Lula Kent remarks towards Ms. Honoree benefactors’ grandson.
It is not my favorite time period in history neither is the dual timeline story method my favorite.
It would be interesting to have older and younger Black person talking to each other.
I like Miss Honoree story better than the present story.
Cover: I like that it has a classical girl in dress historical fiction cover. The green works well with the woman pictured on cover skin.
