Wild Game = Wild Read
I am all in on this book after reading the first impression. It gives off major Postcards from the Edge vibes of a mother/daughter relationship that is most envious, captivating and mildly unhealthy. I'm already in love with 14 year old Rennie who is discovering her own womanhood at the same time that she has become her mother's confidant.
It also feels like the setting/environment could not be more perfect and "sexy." I always feel that the northeast coast emits a no rules seductive vibe that pulls the reader into a world that you know can't end well for everyone, but you can't look away.
