I found myself torn while reading this first look. It is definitely an interesting and juicy story. I was instantly into it! There is a part of me though that is wondering what kind of mother is this? Who would tell their 14 year old daughter about a kiss and make her an accomplice to an affair? I noticed that the daughter only refers to her mother by her first name which is also telling to me. I want to read the rest of the book but I don't think I am going to like the mother in this one!
