I really liked the cover of this. It portrays a young girl, giving way to the notion this is a memoir of her life. It felt almost awkward to read. It made me feel uncomfortable. At first I couldn't tell if this was a memoir or fiction. The author is very descriptive and also provides elusive details of events, not always outright stating what happened.
