The cover of the book gives an impression of a story about a young girl at ease, making her own life free of her past. But the story is much darker. As at a young age, she learns to keep her mother's secrets. And it can only get worse. A mother-daughter relationship is never easy, but I would love to read the dynamic of their relationship in this novel.
