Yes! Early crime novels from the author who gave us Tennison

Yay! I used my points for this. I'm glad Lynda LaPlante's stories are being released in the US. I loved watching Prime Suspect and Tennison, and was disappointed Tennison the book was just the show. This one is new to me.

I noticed the narrative style is different here in Widows than in Tennison. It's more story narrative which is easier to read. I look forward to more British crime.
