I read a couple of pages and gave up. Let's be honest here. I suck at remembering names and within the first couple of pages I knew it would be hopeless. I'd have to write out a timeline to remember who and what everyone is. That to me says there are way to many characters. There's no way I would remember them, and there names are so common. It looks like it would be a great movie though.
