Widows' Revenge...second book of the series...I thought it would be a stand alone book but realize that with the sheer number of characters in it and their histories that would have been in the first book, made that impossible. I had no affinity with the characters at all and couldn't read past 3 chapters. I have tried three times now.
The story line itself sounded interesting and seeing what each of the women decided to do after the heist. Just too many characters to have to sort out and deal with. I will say that the tensions are constantly there...you never know what is going to happen next...and the fact that the one husband is still alive and seeking revenge is very nerve rending. Just too nerve rending for me.
