What’s really brilliant here is the brief recap of the first book, a feature I think every series should implement to make it a little easier on readers when it comes to remembering what happened. As for this book, I’m intrigued by the back from the dead element. I also like that it’s a group of women of varying ages, each quite different from the other, and in this genre women are often relegated to the sidelines so it’s interesting to see them be part of the criminal action. The cover is great, the pops of red are very effective.
