I always jump at the chance to read Lynda La Plante's books. She is truly a great writer who really knows how to "show" instead of "tell," and it makes her books all that more enjoyable. Furthermore, I enjoyed Widows from her last year, and there will be no doubt that this one will be enjoyed as well.
