I adored this book. It had such a sweet story and love interest. The family dynamics kept me loving each and every character. It has just a kick of adventure while keeping the mythology a constant and important part of the story. I'm super intrigued how book two will come about because the ending of this book felt just right. It gave me romcom vibes while keeping the fantasy genre in tact. My BIGGEST tip is to switch to the very back and look at that helpful little dictionary because man some of those words made no sense to me. But I did love having all those korean words to learn while really getting that authentic feel. This was a light read compared to most fantasy but still super good an enjoyable.
