First of all, I'm sort of a K-drama fanatic, so when I saw a blurb about a gumiho and set in modern day Seoul, I gave an unholy shriek of excitement and joy. Miyoung is something of an anti-hero, turning her need to feed on mortals into a useful tool to avenge wicked men. Jihoon is just a normal high school boy, until Miyoung saves him from a goblin and suddenly his eyes are opened to the strangeness that truly exists in the world. This has the makings for a GREAT YA paranormal romance.
