I was instantly intrigued by this world that seems to have a little bit of the best of fantasy and science fiction. It’s also steeped in Asian mythology, which I always want to learn more about. I think the protagonist is going to turn out to be quite layered, as protagonists with monsters inside of them often are. Can’t wait to read the rest!
