After reading just the little snippet provided, I was drawn into the elaborate world outlined in the first couple of chapters. The author obviously took time to think out all the small attributes to begin the novel. Along with the world is the aforementioned romance, which is always a bonus when delving into a fantasy. Lastly, it is sensational that there is a different culture in this book which all sorts of people can relate to and appreciate while reading. I am excited to see in what direction the author continued with the story.
