First off, I love this cover. When the author posted it to Twitter, I immediately had to add it to my TBR. I love the covers and the soft illustrations. It's part fantasy, part sci-fi, and gives the reader an idea what the story might be about. I love a good retold fable, especially fables from cultures I don't know. So many people retell the same fairy tales over and over again that I am looking forward to delving into a world I know little about.
