I enjoyed how you are instantly thrown into the story of how the you fox/girl needed to consume the life force of another on a full moon to continue her existence. That she chooses the worst of human kind is enticing. The young man in the story has grown up hearing all the stories and thought they were fairy tales. One night changes everything they both believe.
