Let me start by saying that I do enjoy a good young adult novel every now and then, and I do really like fantasy. However there is something about this novel that just doesn't really catch my attention. I think it's a good story, and it could be something that I would eventually get wrapped up in. But from just the beginning, it starts a little slow.
