I knew I wanted a copy of this as soon as I read the first little blurb. I have been interested in the "diving horses" ever since I saw a movie that featured one, way back in the early 90s. Throw in a couple of POC main characters, a love story, a tortured past, and maybe some actual ghosts? I'm good to go and immediately claimed a copy.
