I don't usually read books like this but I decided to pick it up since it had some positive reviews and I think I was pleasantly surprised. Typically I like to read YA books or fantasy, so I was skeptical going into something more contemporary- but I think this book had an interesting plotline, though it wasn't the most intriguing thing I've ever read, and it kept me hooked. I also really loved the cover so that MAY have been a very important factor (I tend to judge books by the cover). The characters I would say are all pretty interesting and the storyline is one that I don't see happen too often. It also had good representation. Overall I would say that this book kept me interested untiil the end. If you are a fan of reading unique and interesting stories then this is the book for you. I would also recommend reading more from this author because her books are generally very fun to read :)
