My first impression of When the Apricots Bloom is how lovely the cover is. I love the color and the drawing as well as the title.
The story grabbed my attention and I wish I had enough points to secure a copy. I want to read about how the women meet, if the character ends up befriending the other woman and how the story ends. Being in America, I cannot imagine such sacrifice to save my family.
