This book is inspired by true events of the author! It follows 3 women stationed in Baghdad during Saddam Hussein's rule. One is a secretary, one an artist and the last is a diplomat's wife. Each of these women are encountering much different experiences during this time so it'll be intriguing to see how it plays out.
