Beautiful cover with a captivating sample!

Although I hadn't yet heard about this book, the gorgeous cover drew me right in--it is bright, eye-catching, and a welcome change from a lot of the darker, dreary cover art that was so popular in 2020. I love books told through multiple vantage points and I am extra excited to read this one because it takes place in a setting that seems underrepresented in fiction, Iraq. This release is definitely on my radar now!
