An Interesting Book of Three Different Women

This book seems like it will be interesting as it develops a plot dealing with three women, from three different backgrounds, whose lives become entwined in a Saddam Hussein ruled Baghdad. Two are blood sisters who must remain loyal to each other, and the other is an American/Australian wife of a diplomat who becomes their friend. Will they remain loyal and true to their friendship or betray each other when their families safety is on the line.
