I really enjoyed this first look of When the Apricots Bloom. The writing is captivating and easy to read, while still including Arabic words. I enjoyed reading about Huda, Rania, and Ally, and would love to see how their stories intertwine. I am particularly interested to learn more about what caused the rift between Huda and Rania after their blood oath. I'm also intrigued by Huda's dilemma over whether or not she should spy on Ally (or if she even really has a choice) and would be excited to read more.
