I'm excited to read this story of three different women in Saddam Hussein's Iraq, a time I lived through but admittedly don't know much about. I love stories with multiple points of view, and getting to see how three strong women develop throughout the course of the book. The writing from the first look suggests the book will be engaging with strong imagery.
