The world needs more Jewish wisdom !
I received this book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
I’m not one to read “self help” books. They just generally aren’t my thing. However, I am Jewish and when I saw this one, I was intrigued and I admit a bit excited to read it.
I loved all the personal stories and the way the author lets us into her life here. It was an interesting read. I really enjoyed all the quotes that went with every section. They were spot on and one of my favorite parts of this entire book.
The world definitely needs more Jewish wisdom - it’s the best kind. The Hebrew word meaning (many of which I already knew) were a great addition also.
I loved the worksheet/ exercises too.
Living with fear and anxiety is so common and this book could be so helpful - Oshmans own wisdom along with the ancient Jewish texts is so insightful. I really enjoyed this and my book is highlighted everywhere !
