The cover: The cover features Michal Oshman herself in a confident pose with a vibrant green background. Love the shade of green~
The book overall: I really enjoyed it. I love a good self-help book, especially when it's something more refreshing and different. Oshman speaks on her own personal experiences struggling with anxiety throughout her life. As she goes into detail on her personal hardships, she demonstrates how to use Jewish wisdom to overcome them. This is not a subject I have read much about and it was interesting to learn from.
My favorite things about the book: I really like the glossary in the very back of the novel that thoroughly defines topics that Oshman speaks on throughout her novel. This includes Jewish ideals, texts, and personalities/figures. This is a very helpful reference to come back to regarding context.
