I received 'What Would You Do if You Weren't Afraid' as an Advanced Reader's Copy for an honest and voluntary review. I really found this to be an endearing and supportive self-help book. I appreciated the author's lessons and her unique perspective based on her personal life experience and cultural values. The author was very encouraging and I believe the book was really helpful to me. I recommend it to other readers, as I think it will be useful to many others also. I loved her use of Hebrew words and Jewish wisdom to relay her message, as it was both educational and enlightening. She also included thought-provoking questions and exercises for the reader, which really enhances the experience. These questions allowed me to think critically about my own experiences in a structured way, but they were not asked in a way that it felt like work. I'm happy to have read it!
