I really did not expect to like this book but I was drawn in right away. Self help is a genre that I always want to read but then never finish a book because it doesn't feel relatable. On the surface this book would not be something I would pick but I can empathize with the author's anxiety. I like the title but am not in love with the cover. I am, however, pleasantly surprised that I want to continue reading this story.
