After reading through the preview and others' reviews this sounds like a good motivational self help book. It is kind of nice to get advice from different points of view and the author tries to use her Jewish wisdom to give the reader some advice to empower themselves. Not for me but probably good for those who want a spiritual/religious element to help them through their life.
