Self help with unique perspective

I don’t like self help books and saw nothing from the blurb or the cover that drew me in. When I read it, I liked it much better than I expected it to. My guess is the publisher did not share about reference to Judaism teachings because they wanted the book to have wide appeal but I think they really missed an opportunity to point out the depth this book would bring.
